Put on your workout gear. This will be a 15 minute workout that will give everyone a chance to say, I have time to fit it in today rather than skipping it all together! I will be teaching you how to create a simple workout plan that you can formulate into a class at your club and charge money for.  Thanks to 2nd Wind, we will be using their equipment to give you a 15 minute workout that you won’t forget.  Bring your notebooks for the pre and post game rundown!  Sponsored by Johnson Fitness

Running life’s race every day is busy enough – let alone trying to run your club and bring in new ideas.  Carrie will bring an example of a workout plans that you can add to your programming while emphasizing the importance run groups.

Evening Roundtable & Reception @ The Nordic Brewing Co.

 Don’t miss this extra event for those die-hards that want to learn more and connect with others.  Bring your front desk person, custodian, personal trainer/coordinator and director and we will break off into groups and talk about whats going well, what’s making money (what’s not) and any other trouble shooting ideas.  Come one, come all.  Everyone welcome.
