What is it about?

This course is a natural follow-on from Step One and gives us the opportunity to build on what we have learnt. In Step One we set out to introduce you to yourself. We taught concepts designed to help you understand who you are and how you came to be the person you are today.

In Step Two we discover the power of how we feel about ourselves, how that internal image was formed and how we can change it. We will face the challenge of breaking the most stubborn negative thoughts and feelings!

We will also look at the roles that nature, nurture and choices played in our development and will share important insights into the influences of family dynamics in our childhood. We will learn how to remove our own emotional 'push from the past' and to process feelings as they arise - including life's painful experiences.

All this will be conveyed through presentations, sharing together and 'hands-on' opportunities to help one another - as  well as the usual fun!

Programme

Arrival time is from 5.00pm onwards on Friday 8th November with a cup of tea and introductions at 5.45pm ready for a 6.00pm start. The weekend concludes by 5.00pm on the Sunday afternoon. Please click for more information on the website brochure. A full programme will be sent to you nearer the time.
