Hear area business leaders discuss the most critical component to business: talent. This is an opportunity for conversation on essential skills, such as emotional intelligence, self-reliance, and adaptability, that will most positively impact a student's performance in the workplace of the future.  

Panelists will:

Delores Graves, Executive Director, Center for Healthcare Careers of Southeast Wisconsin, Inc
Delores has served as the Executive Director for the CHCSEW since it was founded in 2016 as an employer-led workforce development partnership of the five largest healthcare systems in Southeast Wisconsin. The primary goal of the partnership is to grow a diverse supply of skilled talent with activities strategically focused on developing innovative solutions to engage, connect and enable individuals to enter the healthcare field and/or advance within it.

Tim Patneaude, Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer  and Chief Information Officer, HSA Bank
Tim joined HSA Bank in 2015 and has been instrumental in leading the evolution and growth of the bank, increasing total accounts by 5x while doubling assets under management from $4B to $8B. Tim has extensive experience in leading high growth technology organizations and is currently responsible for all technology and operations. HSA Bank focuses on helping individuals own their health and wealth by providing health funding solutions.

Tom Slaski, SVP Talent, GMR Marketing
Tom’s career has spanned the talent landscape, including working for some of the area’s largest employers, and now for GMR Marketing where he is responsible for employee leadership and hiring over 7,000 associates per year. Tom likes to challenge the status quo when it comes to hiring and developing people. Recognizing that in order to be a different kind of employer, you have to do things no one else does, Tom has introduced a number of innovative talent practices at GMR.

Staci Wellentin, Vice President, Product Management, CoreLogic
Staci is responsible for driving $172M in annual revenue by driving a strategy that’s transforming how insurers serve their clients. Staci leads a product management organization comprised of 40+ product managers, market leaders, and content marketing strategists across 4 countries that is responsible for providing best in class insurance solutions to clients all over the world via a variety of delivery channels and technology platforms.
