Come to Webster’s Kitchen and learn how to create successful parings of wine and food. In this class, Chef Gabrielle will showcase five bites and Certified Sommelier Daniel Christmann from Cuvee Imports, who guides the class in how to pair these food selections with flavorful wines. What a delicious way to expand your palate and thirst for the art of pairing. 


Course 1 - Spicy: Kimchi Deviled Egg

Course 2 - Sour: Freshly Shucked Oysters, Pickled Cucumber, Dill Mignonette

Course 3 - Salty: Ham Hock Rillette, Pistachio Salt

Course 4 - Savory: Ricotta Filled Ravioli, Mushroom Cream Sauce
