Delegated Design: Effective Project Management for Designers

This presentation will cover how thoughtful design, clear communication, and collaborative implementation can mitigate the challenges designers face when delegating parts of their building design. By illustrating project management in an impactful way that incorporates lessons from past projects, structural engineers should be inspired and empowered to not only limit their own liabilty, but also to be an advocate and example of setting higher ethical standards for the profession as a whole.
