Older adults are a fast-growing target market for businesses. How can we help mature consumers make the most of their time and resources as they seek out services? What can we tell them to watch and look out for?
This presentation will talk about where consumers can go to vet resources, how to advocate when services are less than adequate, and tips for figuring out what someone needs and wants.
