QuickBooks Workshop

A hands-on workshop for those who are familiar with the basics of the on-line version of QuickBooks and want to enhance their skills and learn how to fully utilize the power of QuickBooks. Participants are welcome to bring their device and take advantage of the available internet to make this a truly hands-on experience.

Cash vs. Accrual basis accounting
Setting user preferences
Setup of customers and vendors
Use of bank registers
Bank reconciliation process
Posting credit card activity
Sales tax setup and payment
Use of classes for reporting
Search tools
Budgeting
Reporting

Presenter:

Dawn Toth of JLC, CPA, LLC

Dawn concentrates her practice in the areas of bookkeeping/accounting,
payroll, and client development at JLC, CPA, LLC.
She assists clients with accounting services, payroll processing and
tax compliance, and QuickBooks software training/assistance.
Her experience includes bookkeeping/accounting and payroll
for businesses and non-profits ranging from small single owner
businesses to large corporations. Dawn has vast experience
helping clients set up accounting software and establishing an
accurate set of books and records.
