The Miami Beach Visitor and Convention Authority (MBVCA), in partnership with Forbes Travel Guide, is pleased to offer a free online Customer Service Training Seminar for all Miami Beach hospitality industry employees, entitled "Introduction to Forbes Travel Guide Luxury Hospitality Standards"
