Forbes Travel Guide Frontline 202 Webinar Refresher

The Miami Beach Visitor and Convention Authority (MBVCA), in partnership with Forbes Travel Guide, is pleased to offer a free online Customer Service Training webinar for all Miami Beach hospitality industry employees. This is a refresher course for employees who have previously attended a live training or participated in another MBVCA webinar.

Once your registration is approved, you will be directed to GoToWebinar where you will await approval from the MBVCA. Once the course is completed, a certificate of completion will be issued and you will be contacted to pick it up at the MBVCA Offices, located at 1701 Meridian Avenue, Suite 403, Miami Beach, Florida 33139.
