Zeroing In on Your Audience and Their Journey - Presented by BizzyWeb. Discovering and understanding your Audience is the real first step in improving your church's online presence. Learn about reaching them where they are.

Lutheran Service Builder - Presented by Peter Frank, Senior Manager of Marketing Solutions at Concordia Technology Solutions. This introductory session will demonstrate the core features of Lutheran Service Builder and show you how to use it to create a custom service folder or slide deck for your church to use during worship.

Email Marketing - Presented by BizzyWeb. Email Marketing services are probably bombarding your inbox! Learn the basics of Constant Contact's email marketing system so you can get started on your own email marketing plan.

Website Design - Presented by Rev. Daniel Carlson, St. Paul's, Milaca, MN. Pastor Carlson will go over the different options for hosting and editing your church's website, provide tips and tricks for content and design and even help you understand how to use analytics.

Church 360: Members, Unite and Ledger - Presented by Peter Frank, Concordia Technology Solutions. From the moment a visitor walks through a church’s doors to the time that person joins and becomes involved, the Church360° software suite makes the church staff’s job of communicating, tracking information, and reaching out easier. This overview session will give a brief introduction to each program and show the time savings gained by using them together.

Using Social Media - Presented by Craig McCourt, Speaker, Author and Vicar at New Creation Lutheran Church in Shakopee, MN. Craig will help you navigate the different Social Media platforms and their benefits and pitfalls. 

Video Production and Live Streaming - Presented by Rev. David Edge, Shepherd of the Pines, Rice, MN. Pastor Edge will share resources to help you get started using video effectively.

Online Giving - Presented by Vanco Solutions. Learn about the different services, options and tools necessary to make the most of online giving.
