The Folk Music Society of Northern New Jersey is celebrating its 50-year anniversary with a revival of its signature and beloved June Days Folk Festival. This fantastic five-hour event will feature a stupendous Bottle Hill Band reunion orchestrated by founding member and renowned acoustic musician Walt Michael. This legendary homegrown New Jersey band will reunite for a session to be remembered.
Additional FMS alumni performing will include Barry Mitterhoff, Danny Weiss, Lyn Hardy, Chicken, Reckon So, Bennet Zurofsky and The Solidarity Singers, Henry Nerenberg of Frank & Hank, Bob Mellman, Mike Agranoff, Mark Schaffer, and more. In addition, we are anticipating appearances by "surprise" guests from June Days' illustrious past.
Join us June 8, 2019 4pm to 9pm at The Clubhouse at Glen Wild Lake, 7 Clubhouse Road, Bloomingdale, NJ for all the great music, stories, and good cheer.
Tickets are $40, children $15. Food trucks will be on site for your refreshment and pleasure.
Attendance is limited and by advanced sales only. TICKETS WILL BE NOT BE SOLD ON SITE.
Note: The June Days/FMS 50th anniversary celebration is a private event operated by a committee of former members of the FMS NNJ. The Folk Project is donating its ticketing platform as a courtesy and in recognition of the historic contribution June Days and the FMS volunteers made to folk music in New Jersey during their illustrious tenure.
