Take a virtual trip to Bologna, Italy with Chef Marco Minieri, former Executive Chef at Pasta Beach and owner with his wife, Chef Allison Minieri, of the new authentic Italian food company, Bottega Bocconi. Chef Marco is passionate about sharing his extensive knowledge of authentic Italian cuisine and will teach us his recipes for Pesce al cartoccio, Scaloppina ai Funghi and a Classic Italian Frittata. We will eat everything we make in class and taste Italian wines to compliment the menu.
