Rules & Regulations

• You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase a calendar and to be eligible to win a firearm.

• Each calendar is $100.00, which enters the purchaser into the drawing for 1 firearm per 52 weeks from July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020. In accordance with Texas Lotto Pick 3, reselection of your numbers is possible.

• Each calendar has two numbers on it between 000-999.  Every Wednesday at 10 am the Texas Lottery Pick 3 Numbers will be used to determine the winner of the prize.  This ensures that there will only be 1 winner per week.  If for any reason the Texas Lottery Pick 3 ends, the numbers will be drawn at random on the same calendar dates.

• The drawing will start the first Wednesday after July 1^st. The Chamber is the winner if any of the unsold calendar numbers are selected.

• All winners of firearms must complete the ATF Form 4473 and pass the NICS background check. If the winner fails the NICS background check they will forfeit the prize awarded. Winners assume all responsibility of the firearm once they have passed the NICS background check.

• All firearms will be distributed in compliance will all federal, state and local laws by one of the following:

• The Chamber of Commerce will contact the winner by phone twice and will mail once, if necessary, utilizing the information provided on the Calendar stub when purchased.  The winners’ names will be listed on the Bulverde Spring Branch Area Chamber of Commerce website www.BSBChamber.com and Facebook Group page if you check yes as the option on this calendar. Winners must claim their prize within 60 days or the prize will be donated back to the Bulverde Spring Branch Area Chamber of Commerce.

• The Chamber of Commerce will notify you which firearms dealer is providing the firearm for each week. 

• If the winner chooses to have the firearm shipped to another FFL dealer, the winner will incur the expense of the transfer and the shipping cost.

• Prizes are subject to manufacturers’ inventory and will be substituted with a product of the same value in the event that a product is not available.  The Bulverde Spring Branch Area Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to change any models, etc. of the prizes if need be due to availability, law & regulation changes, etc.

• Calendars and prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
