Google Digital Marketing 

This free workshop is for small business owners with a working website who want to learn how to effectively monetize their ideas and products.

With over 20 years of professional experience in branding and marketing while maintaining her own creative practice, our speaker JinJa Birkenbeuel, a Google Digital Coach for Chicago, will dive into the importance of branding and defining your unique value proposition, share recommendations for various social media platforms and address alternative methods of connecting with your audience and customers online.

Our personal coach, JinJa Birkenbeuel, requests that you fill out this survey *before* attending the workshop so she can customize future workshops specifically for us in Chicago. Thank you in advance!

A laptop, tablet or smart mobile device is recommended to get the most out of this interactive experience, but it is not required.

  • Learn how and why you should create content on platforms like Instagram

  • Discuss websites and why analyzing traffic matters to help you monetize your work

  • Determine how to effectively engage with supporters via email

  • Understand ways to use YouTube for your practice

  • Develop strategies to avoid losing money on advertising tools

Business owners or entrepreneurs that have an existing in-market small, mid-size or sole proprietor business, with a live website.

What should I bring into the event?

Smart phone, tablet or laptop is recommended to get the most of our this experience; a notepad and a pen/pencil.

Raquel Graham Crayton, CEO of ROQ Innovation and Founder of NEKZ™ & HEADLIGHTZ™ and a tenant of ICNC's manufacturing incubator Make City, will present and take questions on her own successful experience with Google's YouTube.
