The Panhandle Worksite Wellness Council and the Nebraska Safety Council invite you to join us as an exhibitor at the 2019 Panhandle Safety and Wellness Conference & Awards Luncheon. We look forward to having you exhibit your products and services at the largest annual safety, wellness, and environmental conference in western Nebraska.
This year there will be many opportunities available to our vendors as we again expect attendance to surpass last year’s numbers! We look forward to delivering more qualified, targeted prospects direct to your booth than ever before. If your customers are decision makers in the fields of safety and wellness and safety professionals, owners and upper management from manufacturing, construction, utilities, health care, government, agribusiness, and education, then you need to be at the 2019 Conference.
As an exhibitor, you can expect:
Exhibit Package:
Each exhibit includes one 2’ x 8’ skirted table and chairs. The package also includes lunch for TWO (2) people per exhibitor booth.
Conference Exhibit Package Fee: $165.00 Non-profit rate: $99.00
Additional Exhibitors:
Lunch for additional exhibitors may be purchased as follows:
Lunch: $25 per additional person (Lunch is provided in the exhibit package for TWO (2) exhibitors).
Exhibitor Set-Up:
Exhibitors may begin setting up at 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 11, 2019. Exhibits must be set up by 8:00 a.m.
Exhibit Hours:
The exhibit area will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. on September 12, 2019. Built in breaks throughout the day will allow exhibitors to visit with conference attendees.
Door Prizes:
Exhibitors can donate one item as a door prize. These are given out after the last session concludes on September 12, 2019 with recognition for the exhibitor. Turn in door prizes at the registration table before 8:00 a.m. on September 12, 2019.
Cancellations:
No refunds will be made for cancellations on or after Friday, August 30, 2019.
