You’ll not be disappointed with Chef Leah’s springtime inspired dinner menu teaching us 5 new delicious entirely plant based recipes! In this hands on class she will teach us to make: Roasted Veggie Chips with Herbed Cashew Cheese, Sweet Onion Tarts with Thyme and Cream Cheeze and Coconut Macaroons Dipped in Chocolate. In addition we’ll discuss tips, tricks and techniques to make cooking delightful plant based meals easier. We’ll also taste beer and wine to compliment the menu.
