Water Wise Landscape Class for Homebuyers 

Register Now for the Class on June 29th! 

The Homebuyer Water Wise Landscape Class will introduce you to the most essential ways to make smart, long-lasting changes to your landscape. We'll help you learn about the process of creating a low-maintenance, water wise landscape, how to avoid common pitfalls, and the resources Colorado Springs Utilities offers to help you. After the class, attendees will be eligible to receive a Water Smart Plant Coupon that can used to help purchase water wise trees and shrubs at local nurseries.

Who can attend the class? 

This program is intended for Colorado Springs Utilities water customers who have recently purchased a home they will use as their primary residence.  

Do I have to pre-register to attend? 

Pre-registration is required.

Can I bring my spouse/partner?

Two members of the same household can attend the class. One coupon per household will be issued.

Can I bring my friend, neighbor or other family member?

Have your friends, neighbors, or other family members register individually if they would like to receive a coupon. They must be a current Colorado Springs Utilities water customer to be eligible for the coupon.

What if my friend, neighbor or other family member is NOT a current Colorado Springs Utilities water customer?

They are welcome to attend the class, but they will not receive a coupon. You may either register them as your partner or they may register individually. Please note our regular water wise landscape classes are free of charge and open to everyone.

Can I come to the class more than once? 

Our terms and conditions state that there is a limit of one coupon per Colorado Springs Utilities water account. While you are welcome to attend the class more than once to review the information, you will only receive a coupon after the first class you attend.  

Do I need to bring anything?

Please bring a photo id to check in with security before entering the classroom. We'll provide everything else.

What are my parking options for the event?

Parking is plentiful and free. 

What can I do if I need special accommodations to attend the class?
