Canning 101: Farm to Pantry with Master Preserver Pam Lillis

Learn to preserve almost anything this season! In our introduction to small batch hot water bath canning class you’ll learn to make & can Strawberry Balsamic Jam and Dilly Beans (pickled string beans). This is a hands-on class with each participant taking home 2 freshly made jars of spring/summer goodness- plus recipes.  Class covers food safety and general procedures for a successful seal every time! Pam Lillis is a Master Food Preserver, Cooking Instructor and Certified Nutritional Health Coach. Pam was awarded the designation of Master Food Preserver through the Cornell University Extension Service based in Ithaca, New York.
