What is Emerging Leaders?
Emerging Leaders is a program for young professionals 40 years of age and younger who want to develop as the next generation of community leaders and philanthropists.
As a group, we participate in volunteer activities, educational forums, professional development, social events and other activities.
Anyone 40 or under can attend up to two monthly programs to see if they'd like to become a member.
Managing Up: Building Better Rapport with your Boss
Join us to learn how we can each build better professional relationships with our bosses! We'll talk about how to figure out what your boss wants and needs from you (especially when they aren't as clear as you'd like) and also how to communicate in their work language.
Lunch will be provided.
About the facilitator:
Morgan Munro is an engaging instructor and facilitator who has been leading and developing teams for over 20 years. At Wellesley College, Morgan earned a BA in International Relations and a minor in Economics. At Case Western Reserve University, Morgan earned a MBA with a focus on Strategy and Organizational Development. Morgan enjoys helping people and teams overcome their individual challenges and learn how to become great leaders, managers, and communicators.
