In this hands on class, Chef Marco will teach 3 classic Italian desserts. Formerly the Executive Chef at Pasta Beach, and owner with his wife, Chef Allison Minieri, of the new authentic Italian food company, Bottega Bocconi. Chef Marco is passionate about sharing his extensive knowledge of authentic Italian cuisine and will teach us his recipes forMascarpone con Cioccolato, Classic Tiramisu and Creme Brule. We’ll taste Italian wine as we bake.
