Come celebrate and honor those who are committed to the health and well-being of Waltham youth and families! Free and open to the public. Dinner will be served.

Youth and adults can be nominated for one or more of the following categories:

Demonstrating leadership in addressing youth mental health & wellness
Demonstrating leadership in addressing youth substance use prevention, intervention and treatment
Having the courage to address other challenging issues that affect youth and the community (be specific)

Nominations are due Friday, May 24th, 2019.
