Book your group rate for TABA 2019 Fall Conference

Join us in Ft. Worth for TABA's 2019 Annual Membership meeting and Fall Conference.  This year we are also hosting an Account Manager Seminar.  This year's conference will have educational opportunities with CE credits, panel discussions on changes in the industry and a great opportunity for networking with old friends and new contacts  you will meet. 

Some of the topics to be presented include an update on legislative issues from the immediate past legislative session, an update on ACA compliance, a Guide to Association Health Plans, RBP Lawsuits and a discussion of Stop Loss Issues.

Our Account Managers Seminar will cover a variety of topics including eligibility issues, how to pick a stop loss carrier, a pharmacy industry overview and a session on implementation guidelines.


Exhibitors will be in the main conference meeting room around the perimeter of the room.  Each exhibitor will have a 6' table top exhibit space.  Booth space will be assigned in the order registrations are received.  There is link on the left for an Exhibitors Contract.  Please download the form, complete and sign it and return it to TABA.  You will also need to register.  The registration link is below.

All Exhibitors will be sent an electronic copy of all conference attendees with their contact information after the conference.  There will also be a listing of all registrants in the conference notebook that is on the flash drive you will receive when you check in at the conference.

After receipt of your registration and Exhibitor Contract, you will receive an exhibitor packet with additional information about the conference.


TABA's Fall Conference will be at the Historic Downtown Hilton.  Experience ‘a moment in time, a place in history’ at the Hilton Fort Worth, where the 35th President, John F. Kennedy’s made his final address on the morning of November 22, 1963. This elegant landmark hotel is just a few yards from Sundance Square. It is 20 miles from DFW Airport.

The TABA room block price is $189.00.  The deadline for room reservations at the group rate is July 26th.

Conference registration rates are listed below.  There is a discounted rate for additional registrants from the same company.  Your dues must be current to register at the “Member rate”.  Contact Phyllis Campbell if you are not sure about the status of your dues.   Late fees apply to registration fees after Friday, February 8th.

The Golf outing will be at The Texas Star Course in Euless on the day before the Conference begins, August 26th.  Reserved tee times will begin at 1:00.  You can register and pay for golf on the Conference or Exhibitor's registration page. Golf is open to anyone.   The address for the golf club is 11400 Texas Star Pkwy, Euless, TX 76040. The club is approximately 25 miles from downtown Ft. Worth and10 miles south of DFW Airport.  

There are special golf sponsorships available, as well as tee box signs for your company's name that you can purchase.  Pricing is on the sponsorship registration page.

Silent Auction

We will have a Silent Auction at the Conference to benefit our PAC Fund.  If you have an item or service you would like to donate to the Silent Auction, please contact Phyllis Campbell.  Please support the auction at the conference.  If you cannot attend, you can make a contribution directly to the PAC Fund.  Mail any contributions to the TABA office.  No corporate checks please.

Our PAC funds are used to make contributions to Texas Legislators/Candidates that have shown support of the health care insurance industry issues and that support pro-business and pro-employer's legislation in Texas.
