Easy Asian Roll Ups: Sushi Maki & Thai Summer Rolls with Mary Weaver 

 

   

In this fun hands on class you’ll learn to roll basic sushi maki, including seasoning the rice properly and how to make Thai Summer Rolls and a delicious peanut dipping sauce to accompany them. Perfect for quick summer hors d’ oeuvres, something to bring on the boat or for picnics and tailgate parties. You’ll be making these easy and versatile treats all summer when you find out how easy they are! We’ll taste everything we make in class and taste wine to compliment the menu.
