Wisconsin and Minnesota and Inns throughout the Midwest. 
Note: MBBA will not be having their own conference this year, but we are pleased
to announce they will be joining ours!

New Conference Format, New Dates/Times, New Pricing

We anticipate a great turnout!

All Exhibitors have the opportunity to choose one of the following:

• Sponsorship Level - $1,500
• General Exhibitor Level - $350

In lieu of a hotel/exhibit hall setting, the East Side Club is a true Wisconsin-style vintage 1912 casual club facility. On the beautiful shore of Lake Monona, we will gather in friendship and community to celebrate everything that being an Innkeeper is!

• The majority of all general sessions/working sessions, vendors, meals & beverages will take place in the upstairs Capitol View Room, giving vendors maximum exposure to our attendees.
       ~ This includes the Tuesday, November 12^th “Vendor Bender!” ~ Learn, Shop, Network at the Vendor Mart, Happiest of Hours, Dinner, Social, and Entertainment.
       ~ This also includes the Wednesday, November 13th dedicated vendor mart/program/giveaways

• The downstairs Lake View Room will be used for the annual meeting, optional “Breakfast & Learn” sessions and other as needed.
• Meet, socialize and network and get your products/services in front of all our attendees. Provide sample products and promotional material and sell—no commissions/added costs. 
• Table covering, chairs, wireless internet, and electricity.
• Company inclusion on the WBBA website and in the conference program-to include company website links, logo, description and contact information.

Sponsorship Level Benefits

• All general exhibitor benefits with the addition of:
• Prime exhibitor space location.
• One company introduction before a session/meal. Added exposure!
• Invitation to attend all of our conference and social activities.
• Additional sponsorship exposure through member email communication.
• Full list of conference attendees before/after the conference.
• Provide us an "ad" that we will include in our Member Conference Updates that will allow you to describe any special pricing, promotions, show specials, etc.
• Company name and logo on signs, banner, and screen.
• Lunches and dinner for one person representing your business/company.
  
• Opportunity for speaking session*. For example:
       ~ As part of a General Seesion Panel followed by each panel member as a table discussion leader for group working/sharing session.
       ~ Sponsor a Breakfast & Learn Session.
       ~ Annual Meeting Speaker.

   * Annual Meeting 

Afternoon:
   * Vendor Mart/Program/Giveaways
   * Innkeeper Working Sharing Sessions (Check-In Procedures, ADA, OTA, Cancellations, Special Packages, other)

WBBA CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY - Should a conflict arise, you may cancel your registration with full refund up to 10 business days prior to the conference or October 28th, 2019. After that date, refunds are not possible. You must put your cancellation in writing to the WBBA offices directly at info@wbba.org.

Want to participate, but unable to attend? Your product giveaway, product samples, information, coupons, giveaway product/basket, can be distributed at the registration table area. Flyers/catalogs without a coupon/special or offer/innkeeper discount are not accepted. Send your product to arrive the week of October 28th, 2019 to the WBBA offices:
