Vendor Registration

The Anderson-Abruzzo International Balloon Museum Foundation will be hosting its 6th Annual Balloon Museum Market on Sunday, November 10th from 9am to 4pm. All featured products are local, New Mexico made items! Registration limited to 60 artisans.Balloon Museum Foundation/Shoppe reserves the right to vette all participants. 

Vendor Fees:

$125 - Exterior spaces, upstairs and downstairs (early bird: $100 before 10/4)

$115  - Interior spaces, upstairs and downstairs. (early bird: $90 before 10/4)

Museum supplies a table* and 2 chairs - 2 people maximum per space. Balloon Museum Foundation will promote the event and supply promotional materials to every vendor to share. 

Event is located in the upstairs and downstairs viewing galleries of the Balloom Museum. The event runs from 9am to 4pm. Set up information will follow as date gets closer. 

*Spaces on the inside aisles of the event will have a 6ft table. Spaces along the wall or windows will have a choice of a 6 or 8 ft table based on availability 

ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE MADE IN NEW MEXICO. 

• No open food or prepared food sales are allowed. 
• Packaged food sales allowed. 
• A City of Albuquerque businesss license is required. 
• Nothing can be mounted on any wall, post or window area. 
• Early shut down is prohibited. 
• Vendors are responsible for own sales/tax.
• No open flames. 
• No projected music. 
• No unwrapped candy. 
• Service animals only. 

PRODUCTS MUST BE MADE IN NEW MEXICO. BY REGISTERING YOU AGREE THAT YOUR PRODUCTS ARE MADE IN NEW MEXICO.
