MIC3's 2019 Annual Business Meeting (ABM) will kick-off

Wednesday, October 23 at 7:00 AM Mountain Standard Time

and conclude

Thursday, October 24 at 5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time

Lodging for ABM

Official Attendees (Commissioners/Designees, and Ex-Officio Representatives)

MIC3 will provide two (2) nights lodging for official attendees.
If you are an official attendee and you require additional nights lodging (3+) approval must be acquired from the National Office prior to booking.

All Attendees

The hotel room rate is $128.00 (not including applicable state and local tax).
The room rate is valid for three (3) days prior to and post the final meeting day (10/20 - 10/27).

Airport - Hotel Transportation for ABM

The Antlers is located 11 miles from the Colorado Springs Municipal Airport. The estimated drive time is 25 minutes. The most cost effective transport to The Antlers is via a Lyft or Uber.

Per the MIC3 Travel Policy transportation cost will be reimbursed to official attendees so please be considerate of the cost to the Commission and ride share when possible.

Hotel Parking

During the ABM The Anters will provide Valet parking for $22.00 per day. Attendees may also self park in The Antlers' underground garage for $8.00 per day.

MIC3's Reimbursement Form will be emailed to official attendees the final day of the ABM, October 24, 2019.

By registering and attending, or participating in MIC3 meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to MIC3's use and distribution (now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videos, electronic reproductions and audio of such event activities.
