About the OCFP's Palliative End-of-Life Care (PEOLC) Mentoring Network:
The OCFP’s Palliative and End-of-Life Care (PEOLC) Collaborative Mentoring Network offers support to healthcare providers in navigating the challenges and questions that arise when delivering care in these complex areas.  

To join the Network, complete the PEoLC Network Intake Survey This Network is available to family physcians, Royal College specialists, nurse practitioners and pharmacists practising in Ontario.

The OCFP's Collaborative Mentoring Networks have been certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada for 3 credits per hour, for up to 15 Mainpro+ credits.

Palliative/end-of-life care and medical assistance in dying are challenging, complex and intimate areas of medical practice. In a healthcare era marked by high demand and changing priorities, how can you, as a healthcare professional, ensure compassionate and high-quality care to your patients?  

Join us for this special full-day CPD event to engage with local colleagues and address complex topics – including early identification of palliative care, symptom management and end-of-life care – all while benefiting from the valuable mentorship of local palliative care and MAiD experts. 

Who can attend? This event is open to all community clinicians including family physicians, nurses, residents and pharmacists.
