Copyright, Patents and Trademarks are our resource for protection, but sometimes it is difficult to navigate. In this fun and informative session, learn the Who you need to talk to, What you need to protect and Where you need to go of Intellectual Property Strategies (Copyrights, Patents and Trademarks) that will get you headed in the right direction fast.

Our SCORE instructor will address all topics and if you need further assistance later you can contact SCORE and work with one of our mentors. (Mentoring sessions are free).

Ms. Astrid Laws Gulley began her business training and consulting career with the Small Business Development Center, a funded program of the Small Business Administration (SBA).

Astrid’s business expertise has been valuable in assisting clients with establishing their organizations, writing company policies and procedures, and developing staff.

Ms. Laws Gulley holds certifications in Instructional Design and Training Management through the International Board of Standards for Training, Performance and Instruction (IBSTPI). Ms. Laws Gulley is also the owner/CEO of Minding YOB Services, LLC.

As a Certified SCORE Mentor, Astrid has established herself as a “go- to” person for information and education when it comes to Business ownership from A-Z.

All workshops held at locations other than the James Guinn complex in Fort Worth, TX will not be able to accept any payment of fees at the door. All registrations with fee payment via debit/credit card is required in advance to the scheduled workshop in these locations, for security purposes.
