The Dolphin Breath® Teachings are the foundation of the EnergyTouch® Energy Medicine modality as taught through the EnergyTouch School of Advanced Healing. The two skills you will learn, grounding and multidimensional breathing combine to produce a powerful daily practice of sacred geometry, energetic mindfulness and self-healing. This practice can help you discover emotional blocks that can often manifest into disease or illness if not addressed. When these emotional blocks and their stagnant energies are removed and replaced with fresh healthy energy, healing can begin. As a bonus, continuing the practice can help enhabce your ability to remain calm and controlled in stressful situations. Dolphin Breath® and EnergyTouch® healing have been used as compliments to traditional medical and surgical situations, to improve recovery time, drug interactions and more.

Meet Dr Marilyn Mitchell, MD

Immediately following the Dolphin Breath event join us in welcoming Dr Marilyn Mitchell, educator, speaker, health visionary and 2006 Energy Touch Graduate. Dr Mitchell will share her personal healing journey as told in her newest book,  The True Nature of Healing - A Surgeon's Soul Journey . A signed copy of her book is included free when you attend this Dolphin Breath event!

EnergyTouch® Basics 

Prerequisite Training is returning to the Chicago area in October 

Dolphin Breath® is a one-half day event but it also comprises day-one of the three-day EnergyTouch® Basics prerequisite training. If you choose to register for a future EnergyTouch® Basics event you will receive a credit towards the three-day event fee. You may also join us and refresh your Dolphin Breath training on day-one at no extra cost, or skip day-one and join us for days-two and three.

EnergyTouch® Basics will offer you an opportunity to explore new skills and teachings while preparing to apply for admission to the EnergyTouchç School of Advanced Healing. Participants will receive instruction and lectures from Tricia Eldridge, developer of EnergyTouch Healing and founder of the School.
