Two Tuesdays:
Tuesday, May 12, 2020 from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM CST
Tuesday, May 19, 2020 from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM CST
Are you seeking a powerful way to engage employees, improve performance, and build loyalty?
Pairing less experienced workers with tenured associates through a mentorship program can achieve these results. An effective mentoring program demonstrates an interest in the long-term goals and success of employees, identifies opportunities to meet those goals, assists in succession planning, and passes on important values, expertise and experience.
This two-part seminar provides the essential elements for launching and running an effective mentoring initiative. Receive guidelines for accurately matching mentors with mentees and learn a 5-step process for mentoring conversations designed to strengthen relationships. Mentorship programs can engage employees, improve retention, and result in happier, more productive teams.
Following the conclusion of the seminar, you will have access to online micro-learning resources through Dale Carnegie for 4 weeks. Micro-learning materials come in the form of 2-5 minute emails, videos and/or articles that aim to reinforce, remind, and reiterate specific concepts of the class.
This program is designed for anyone within a company who is in a current mentorship role, or employees who work to foster the growth and retention of new employees.
This is a 2-part seminar that runs on two Tuesdays, May 12 & May 19.
