Elevate your "B" Players to "A" Players

 

Join Chapter 92 for our June Meeting presented by, Jason Dixon of Neuberger & Company.   

When you have solid players that have the potential to be great, how can you inspire, motivate, and direct them towards ultimate success?

 Often times we want to maximize either our potential, or our team's potential in their roles but don't know the specific steps or actions it takes to accomplish that mission.  Do you feel like you are operating at a "B" level but want to operate at an "A" level?  As leaders, do you feel you have far too many "B or C" players on your team but not enough "A" players?

In this session we will establish the primary functions of "A" players, the specific attributes that support the success of the role we play, and develop a score card that will act as a blueprint for elevating a team member or yourself to the highest level of competency within your role.  We will examine the behaviors, attitudes, and skill sets of "A" players and build the template for success.

Come to this session to learn how to take yourself or your team to the next level.  After the one-hour presentation, stay for a summertime networking happy hour on the beautiful patio at Lakewood Country Club!

Community Involvement Activity:  IREM 92 is partnering with The Montgomery County Coalition for the Homeless (MCCH) on a School Supply Drive to help formerly homeless children in Montgomery County prepare for the 2019-2020 school year.  Success in school is critical to breaking the inter-generational cycle of poverty.  The Community Involvement Committee is using $500 of budgeted funds to purchase backpacks and school supplies.  We need YOUR HELP to contribute extra supplies... paper, pencils, pens, crayons, notebooks, etc.  Let's help get these students on the right track for the upcoming school year!
