Meeting Description

Join us for this meeting where attendees will learn what it takes to prepare a comprehensive business plan, including the foundational pieces, client service aspects, client acquisition strategies, as well as how to create a staff development plan. Attendees will then learn how to turn it all into an implementation plan, including a list of actionable items assigned to team members with due dates.

 Level of Complexity:  Simple, but thorough and thought provoking

• The numbers
• Client service plan
• Business development plan (passive and active)
• Staff development plan

Speaker Biography

Teresa Riccobuono started her career in 1997 as a financial advisor. Her career has evolved into a practice management and recruiting specialist for the industry. Teresa is a frequent contributor to Advisor Perspectives and an occasional contributor for Michael Kitces. She’s the Public Relations chair for FPA of the East Bay.
