May 22, 2019 Princeton Bar Association CLE Program- Casino Gambling & Sports Betting 


Casino gambling and sports wagering are highly regulated inductries in the State of New Jersey.  Join the Princeton Bar Association on Wednesday, May 22, 2019, for an interesting and informative CLE luncheon on casino gambling and sports wagering.  The program will include an overview of the history and regulatory framework of gambling in New Jersey, employee licensing matters, the implementation of legalized sports betting in New Jersey, and other recent developments including the Department of Justice's recent intrepretation of the federal Wire Act.  A delicious gourmet lunch will be served.

Jordan Hollander, Esq. is a Deputy Attorney General with the New Jersey Department of Law and Public Safety, Division of Gaming Enforcement, working primarily on casino and employee licensing matters. Previously, he was an associate in the employment litigation practice group at Genova Burns and clerked for the Hon. Francis J. Vernoia, then Presiding Criminal Judge in Monmouth County.  He holds a J.D. from Rutgers Law School, as well as an L.L.M. in Casino Law and Regulation from the William S. Boyd School of Law, University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
