INSTITUTE GOALS
- To convene a diverse representation of juvenile service leaders, direct care workers, trainers, and educators with an interest in physical and emotional well-being of staff;
- To gain understanding of the importance of leaders caring for their staff and direct care workers being aware of warning signs that a colleague may need support;
- To provide an open forum for an exchange of ideas and a discussion of issues;
- To build partnerships for enhanced care and service delivery;
- To be innovative in planning for the profession’s future;
- To share best practices
- To celebrate our successes

All Leadership Institute workshops, general sessions, exhibit showcase, and special events will take place at the The Westin New Orleans Canal Place.
