Participants will work through complex accommodation scenarios, and develop skills in areas such as job restructuring, working with employees with mental impairments, obtaining the medical information necessary to make informed decisions, evaluating options when accommodation is no longer reasonable or effective, and evaluating the interaction of the ADA with other laws, including family medical leave and Oregon/Washington paid sick leave.
