Reduced Fees, Changes, or Cancellations
Reduced Fees: If you qualify for reduced registration fees, you will have to sign up for class in person at any Comprehensive Healthcare office. Bring your signed Order re: Civil Fee Waiver with you, since we are unable to process a reduced fee without it.
Changes and Cancellations: If you need to change your class date or cancel your registration, you must call Fayla at 509-575-4084 at least one week in advance of your original class date. If you cancel your registration and paid the full $50 fee, you will be refunded half of the registration fee. Due to administrative costs, those individuals paying the $20 reduced fee will not have any portion of their fee refunded. If you need to reschedule for a different class date, you may do so at no charge (provided we have one week advance notice). If you do not come to your regularly scheduled class without notifying us at least one week in advance, you will forfeit your full registration fee.

We will not use your information for purposes other than those relating to the event for which you are registered. We will not send promotional emails unless you authorize us to do so.
