A.Conference Volunteer

Job Description:

• Set up;
• On-site registration and check-in;
• Giving directions to conference attendees;
• Oversee the smooth running of the session;
• Answer general enquiries;
• Clean up.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Fluent in both Chinese and English, volunteer experience is preferred;
• Good interpersonal communication skills, teamwork spirit, able to adapt to the fast pace of work;
• Organized and responsible;
• Have the sense of punctuality.

 

B.Translate from English to Chinese

Job Description:

• Assist Chinese investors to negotiate with American companies;
• One-to-one B2B meeting translation;
• On-spot Record.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Fluent in both Chinese and English, translate experience is preferred;
• Good interpersonal communication skills, teamwork spirit, able to adapt to the fast pace of work;
• Organized and responsible.
