I Used to Have a Handle on Life, But It Broke...
Preventing Burnout!
Our keynote presenter, Tracey Aust, SPHR, will describe factors that contribute to burnout for both people and work environments. Her interactive presentation will help attendees develop strategies for identifying and reducing the biggest stressors in their lives. It’s important for HR managers to prevent their own burnout and to help employees remain engaged in the workplace. This presentation will get at the heart of caring for ourselves and our employees. Tracey has served for many years in a variety of HR roles, most recently as the Director of Talent Acquisition for Glens Falls Hospital, and prior to that as the VP of Human Resources for Jaeger and Flynn Associates.
Anxiety: What's Holding Them Back?
Bonnie Black, EAP Director at Employee Assistance Services, will present on workplace stressors that contribute to burnout for our employees. She will address the effects of anxiety in the workplace and how we can assist our employees in preventing stress, reducing absenteeism, and being fully engaged and productive while at work. Bonnie’s presentation will also highlight how anxiety and stress affects the modern-day multi-generational workforce.
