Understanding & Releasing Guilt

Guilt!  Eww!  That's an awful feeling.  It makes you feel like you did something wrong, or didn't do something you were expected to do.  All of the should haves, could haves, would haves, arise and drag down your enthusiam.  Makes you feel like you're an awful person right?

Well, let's take the edge off that one, shall we?  This workshop is all about exploring the mechanisms of guilt - what happens energetically to make you feel guilty, and how that affects you overall.

We'll start out by giving a healing to our female creative parts (whether or not they're still physically present).  Then we'll start dismantling the mechanism that creates the guilt.  And, finally we'll re-set the flow of our energy.
