TOPIC:  E-Commerce Business Tax

DESCRIPTION:  This four hour presentation is a potpourri of what’s new in business, commerce and personal transactions. An emphasis on the tax of Uber and Lyft drivers, Air BnB, marijuana retailing business. Time will be spent on the cryptocurrency investor and B2B transactions, the parties involved with crowdfunding  and go fund me. The worldwide economy has expanded beyond the traditional and the tax professional needs to be aware of new issues.
