Farmer's Market Fresh: Preparing a Delightful Summer Dinner with Chef Deja Hart
Ah, the local bounties of summer can add so much to our summertime meals. In this hands on class, Chef Deja Hart will use fresh locally picked strawberries as our inspiration and teach everyone how to prepare: Spiced Chickpeas, Fresh Strawberries & Farmers Market Veggie Salad, Harissa Marinated Local Whitefish with Beet, Strawberry, Orange & Pepita Salsa over Quinoa Pilaf and Fresh Strawberry-Basil Compote over Mascarpone-Yogurt Cream topped with Walnut Crumbles. We’ll enjoy eating everything we prepare and taste wines to accompany the menu.
