This 90 minute Micro Retreat will ground your body, re-connect you with nature and renew your spirit. You will be greeted like an old friend, learn a dyad style of meditation, listen to the wisdom of the grand Oak trees and walk in contemplation through the gardens. We will end with tea and sharing of observations and perspectives.
