First-Time Attendees

 **Special** for first time attendees. A code must be provided, please do not register in the wrong category or your registration may be cancelled or you may be invoiced for the difference. Please contact us before registering for details on this offer. 

Guests

*Guests MUST be registered and paid for in order to attend meals. Please do not bring unregistered guests to the conference. 

If you have any questions regarding guest attendance, please contact the conference coordinator.  

Payment Methods

**Payment can be made with a Credit Card at the time of registration through the PayPal portal on the registration page (link below), or by check. Please contact the coordinator if you have any issues with PayPal processing your payment, please note that some banks do not allow the use of PayPal so a check will need to be issued. Checks can be made out to the NFA with the name of the registrant in the "memo" section and mailed to:

Registration closes Friday, March 13, 2020

Late Registration:

Late Registration is that which is received after the Conference Registration Deadline (above). Registration received after this date will be subject to a $50 surcharge. This fee will be applied automatically after the registration close date. 

Registration Cancellation:

Due to fees incurred for planning and reserving conference space, the NFA will not be able to refund registration fees for cancellations made within 14 days of the event (March 15, 2020). 

Member Surcharge for Rooms Not Booked:

The NFA encourages those traveling to attend the conference to stay at the event hotel, as this helps NFA negotiate competitive meeting and room rates and keep registration prices lower. Due to penalties imposed upon the NFA for rooms not booked, NFA Member attendees may be subject to a $150 surcharge for canceling room reservations within 21 days of the conference event.
