With the goal of strengthening your impact or encouraging your resolve as a ministry leader or program coordinator, Roundtables hosted by EMLI provide a space and a place to discern, collaborate and learn from the experiences of others.
For this session, we have invited Diane Gaidon who is the Program Coordinator of the Nourish Babylon Community Meal and a Diocesan Coach for Invite-Welcome-Connect to lead the discussion.
This meeting will feature a focused topic on the principles of servant leadership which Diane draws from in her work as a ministry leader. The evening will offer an opportunity to dive deeper into the practices that create an environment that inspires others, allows them to grow and builds community. Through dialogue and conversation, attendees will explore how to move from a task-driven approach to a relationship-driven approach to ministry.
Who should attend:
- Those who seek renewal and would like to spend structured but relaxed time with peers and colleagues throughout the diocese
- Anyone who wants to strengthen their skills of community organizing or wants to learn how to better mobilize or inspire others to action
- Those who want to connect or learn from others who are facing similar ministry challenges or who have overcome those challenges
