TOM HEINMILLER
Certified Sales Coach, Trainer and Speaker
Tom Heinmiller is a independent sales professional and certified business coach who has comprehensive experience in selling high-end, software products. He is a high energy individual who is committed to providing excellent customer service, and maintaining exceptional client relationships. 2019 marks his 50th year of sales experience, a remarkable milestone.
Tom got an early start building his selling skills, at thirteen he was "hawking" newspapers on street corners and selling newspaper subscriptions door-to-door. He was soon breaking sales records, and winning trips to New York, Washington DC, and Chicago, while still in grade school. Out of college he joined IBM where he consistently attained the 100% club and the Gold Circle. He spent several years at GE during the introduction of what would become the internet; selling services now known as email and the "cloud". After GE he started (with two other entrepreneurs) a hardware maintenance company which grew to a large printer maintenance center. After selling this business, Tom began focusing on staffing, coaching and interim sales management. Tom has steadily pursued mastery of his craft - spending his time in new business development; specifically focusing on lead origination, new account sales, and creating business networks. His expertise is grounded in constant listening, study, and practice.
His previous positions include extensive years of experience within major corporate firms: IBM, GE, and BOEING in the area of driving sales growth, product launch, brand development, increasing market share, and attaining operations efficiency goals. Being a major contributor in generating a sustained growth for major companies.
Tom brings a remarkable insight and knowledge of leadership and management to help companies face the challenges associated with geographic expansion. Tom Heinmiller is a mixture of serious business, community service, and family. He takes his business (and yours) seriously ... and has a lot of fun doing it.
Tom likes to write poetry, hike, loves to spend time with his grand children. He just finished all 50 hikes in the book "50 hikes in Ohio".
