How to Conduct an Ideal Safety Audit

Safety audits are performed to assess the effectiveness of your current programs. What are the basic questions that a safety audit should answer? How effective are your current safety audit procedures in directing changes where needed? This course will provide you with tips on safety audit preparation, fact finding, reviewing results, making recommendations, and developing proper corrective actions.  You’ll develop ideal safety audit guidelines!

You will:

• Identify safe work practices and associated hazards with the work performed
• Effectively communicate assessment findings with site supervision and leadership
• Understand reference in each category (CFR, ANSI, ASTM, etc) and be able to use as a resource
