Tour: 1066 Market Street Project 

Come join us for a tour of 1066 Market Street. This is a 304 unit apartment building project that straddles Union Square and the Tenderloin across from the Golden Gate Theater. Shorenstein Properties is the developer and Swinerton Builders is the general contractor. We will meet at the WeWork office at 4:00 pm for a brief overview of the project followed by the tour to be given by Alison Satt, P.E., Senior Project Manager at Swinerton.

 

Each person may register up to 2 people total.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements will be enforced (work boots/hiking boots, hard hats, safety vests, and safety glasses are required.

Please wear long pants and boots.  If you have your own PPE, please bring it with you.  There will be some PPE available on site, for those who do not have their own.

 

No official dinner is set, but please join us for food, drinks and networking after the tour at Mikkeller Bar located at 34 Mason Street, San Francisco 94102.

 

The project is located on the BART line between the Powell Street and Civic Center stations.  There is no onsite parking but there is a garage on Golden Gate between Taylor and Jones which runs about $30.
