Loss is a part of our lives. In addition to losing friends and loved ones, we may face loss of jobs and careers, goals and dreams. We are facing the loss of habitats and species and our own sense of a home (environment) that is healthy and life-giving. As we face these losses, we can strive for an acceptance of "what is" without resignation that throws us into despair. Grief work brings us through the suffering of loss in a way that allows us to live into deeper, richer lives. In this talk, we will explore what it means to live with loss and what acceptance can mean for each of us.
We look forward to seeing you and sharing this exploration together.
