SNMA CLEVELAND - 56th Annual Convention!

I AM ABEL FOUNDATION is going to Cleveland to the Student National Medical Association's (SNMA) 56th Annual Convention. We will learn alongside our nation's current Medical and Pre-Med students, future physicians and researchers. We will celebrate with inspirational young people who represent the brightest minds and the hope of our nation. Truly a celebration not to be missed!

Though the conference starts April 8th, we are scheduled to arrive on Thursday April 9th early morning.  We will arrive and check in with ample time to attend all workshops and exhibits. 

The conference is modestely priced with options for double, triple or quadruple occupancy. Your total cost covers Accomodations, registration as well as entry into the Pre-Med Luncheon and Board Of Directors Closing Ball at no additional costs.  It also includes your SNMA Membership for 2 years. 

For I AM ABEL FOUNDATION Student Mentees and Student Affiliates, it will also include, for those interested, transportation by Megabus to Cleveland.  We will also provide group airfare costs for those interested in flying.  

I Am Abel Foundation will also host a reception/dinner for our students likely on April 9th or 10th (details to come)  There are often morning snacks, coffee, etc... however you must be prepared to cover your meals.  Be aware that there will be plenty of free light lunchs or breakfasts provided by sponsors so for the savvy attendee can get most of your meals covered. 

 Our preferred method of payment is cash/check.  Please complete the registration and when possible, choose "mail check" or "pay at the door." 

You are required to make a deposit of $50.00 by November 15th. Down Payments by Zelle Chasepay, Venmo and PayPal are welcome! When paying by PayPal, PLEASE choose option to "send to family or friend." This will AVOID us paying a fee.

Please remember that for the prices reflected in the current promotion, the balance is due by November 30th as this will secure Early Bird Rates with the conference.  Final Payments for those not choosing early bird rates will be by January 31st and will be higher.  Those prices will be adjusted by December 1st.  You will get your best rates by completing your registration now.  

For those needing a payment arrangement, please discuss potential options with the event coordinators Pam Pirtle or Shaughn Bunton.  These options may be limited.
