Garden Salad: Baby greens with cucumber, tomato, shaved carrots and cherry tomato with lemon vinaigrette
Parmesan Chicken: Parmesan and herbs crusted with prosciutto butter sauce served with potato medley and steamed garden vegetables.
Beverages: Regular and decaffeinated coffee and assorted hot teas.
Dessert: Assorted cookies

Power Bowl: Quinoa and brown rice blend with roasted sweet potato, Brussel sprout, chick peas, spinach, broccoli, toasted sunflower seeds and pickled red onion with zesty tahini dressing.

Late Registration Fee: Registrations received after 7/26/19 will be charged a $10 surcharge over registration fee
Walk-ins: $10 surcharge over registration fee
No Shows: Registered attendees will be invoiced for outstanding attendance fees even if they do not attend.
Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be provided for cancellations after 7/26/19 or for no-show attendees. All pay-at-the-door attendees will be billed whether they attended or not.
Handouts: A confirmation email will be sent the Tuesday prior to the Thursday program with links to handouts. No hardcopy handouts will be provided. Members may log into the "Member Section" of the Chapter website to download handouts for current and historic programs.
